Problems with paper tray:
(1)纸托盘使用方式落后,不能完全发挥托盘的优点
(1) The use of paper tray is backward and can not give full play to the advantages of tray
The paper tray itself is a kind of unit logistics equipment, which is born to cooperate with the logistics. It can be said that the tray is the connection point throughout all aspects of the modern logistics system. But in our actual use, due to the non-uniform specifications, the pallet can not be used in the logistics operation chain, which is limited to the enterprise.
(2) Restricted by the turnover mode of paper tray, the cost of circulation process is too high
It can be found from the investigation that the pallets of the vast majority of enterprises are in the internal turnover of the enterprise, so that the products of the enterprise are manually handled for many times, which greatly reduces the work efficiency, increases the circulation cost of the products, and reduces the competitiveness of the products in the market.
(3) It is difficult to meet the international standards
Due to the different specifications and standards of pallets, the pallets used in China can not match the international transport equipment such as international containers. In order to adapt to the relevant international means of transport, enterprises have to order pallets that are inconsistent with the turnover specifications of their own enterprises, thus increasing the export cost of enterprises and reducing the international competitiveness of products.

How to use paper tray correctly
1.用叉车等辅助工具时要注意平起平落,防止受力不均或是局部受力;
1. When using forklift and other auxiliary tools, pay attention to horizontal lifting and falling to prevent uneven force or local force;
2.本公司的所有产品均经过防水处理,但并不表示可以长期浸泡在水中;
2. All products of our company have been treated with waterproof treatment, but it does not mean that they can be soaked in water for a long time;
3.只允许在纸托上放置已经打包成型的货物才可以转运,以免托盘上的货物散落或是局部受力过大引起纸托盘的变形和损坏;
3. Only the packaged goods are allowed to be placed on the paper tray, so as to avoid the deformation and damage of the paper tray caused by the scattered goods on the tray or excessive local stress;
4.纸托盘的脚和面板的是用胶水粘合而成,应避免局部受顿力;
4. The bottom of the paper tray and the panel are glued together to avoid local stress;
5.装箱打包时,一定要注意托盘上的物品面积要与托盘表面积相吻合,以避免因受力不均、局部受力或者重 心偏差而导致托盘受损、坍塌;
5. When packing, we must pay attention to the bottom area of the pallet and the surface area of the pallet, so as to avoid the damage and collapse of the pallet due to uneven stress, partial stress or gravity center deviation;
Purchase note: in order to better provide customers with excellent and reliable paper tray, we need to know your actual situation of using paper tray. as
1.需要承载的大重量;
1. Large weight to be carried;
2.是否需要四面可以进叉车;
2. Whether it is necessary to enter the forklift from all sides;
3.脚的高度或是整个托盘的高度;
3. The height of the foot or the whole tray;
4.托盘上货物的堆放情况或是托盘上单层纸箱的堆放情况;
4. Stacking of goods on pallets or stacking of single-layer cartons on pallets;
5.如客户的货物是颗粒状和较软的袋装产品,要另行设计产品的摆放和承重;
5. If the customer's goods are granular and soft bagged products, the placement and bearing of the products should be designed separately;
6. The load-bearing of the paper tray and the placement of the products are subject to the samples. Due to the large number of product specifications of individual customers, if the size and placement of the goods are changed, it is easy to cause uneven stress of the whole tray.
